FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Are your crews licensed and insured?
A: Yes. Our Companies are fully insured and our tree crews are fully covered for liability and workman's Comp.
Q: What areas do you service?
A: We operate throughout central and northern Florida. From Orlando to the west, to Daytona Beach area and north up through Jacksonville
Q: Do you require any payment up front or during the job?
A: No and Never. We do not ask or take any customer payments for any tree service job until the job is finished, fully cleaned up and you are satisfied!
Q: Do you Trim Palm Trees and Small Trees?
A: We have large crews and we have a property minimum to cover our labor and insurance costs, so we do not trim small amounts of palm trees and small trees. If the property has several or many palm trees, our pricing will be much more competitive and we will do a great job on them.
Q: Do you provide Stump Grinding?
A: Yes. You can contact us and we will have our stump grinding operator contact you for an estimate and job schedule to get it done!
Q: How large are your crews?
A: We generally run crews of 6-8 people including our Climbers, Foreman, and Equipment Operators, but we are able to expand our crew size for larger jobs very easily. During peak hurricane season, we have expanded our crews up to 25 people. No job is too big for us.
Q: I am unsure if a tree on my property can be taken down. Will the city allow this?
A: We respect all trees. Especially if they are considered rare or historical. We recommend that you contact your city hall and look into a permit that allows you to remove the tree.
Q: My neighbor has tree limbs hanging over my property and my house. Can you help with this?
A: Yes. We can visit the property and speak with you and your neighbor regarding the tree issue over your property.
Q: I need a tree removed, but I may need HOA Permission. Can you assist with that?
A: Yes. We can provide a written estimate, with an Arborist letter if needed so you can present it to your Home Owner Association.
